1. Create a routine / repetition

Try to be organized and calm when doing things, because it will help you to do things quickly. Many people like to work in chaos, but in silence, you will finish the job a thousand times faster and the quality will be much higher.
4. Exercise, exercise, exercise …
Neither of these tips are still new, but they are also very important. I know, practically no one has time for this now, especially at home, but body movement is important for both the body and mind. You can see the disappearance of the feeling of procrastination the fastest while exercising.
5. Reward yourself.
In order to increase the motivation to perform other “tasks”, you need to give yourself a gift after completing tasks. It could be a cup of coffee at home, or a cup of coffee from the coffee shop, fruit bowl or something else. Anything that you particularly enjoy.
